Amongst our latest endeavours: G&V has become one of the very first kitchens to install the revolutionary EvoGro hydroponic cabinet – a climate-controlled, indoor plant-growing system. Giving life to a profusion of herbs and flowers, EvoGro has quickly come to underpin everything we offer at G&V – from the fresh seasoning in Cucina to the aromatic infusions and herbaceous cocktails of Epicurean.

Minimising our artificial dependency on non-season produce, EvoGro supplies our chefs with an ever-changing harvest of fresh, sustainably-grown ingredients to inspire their culinary creativity

If this ‘grown-on-site’ greenery isn’t enough to buzz about, we’ve also welcomed three beehives to G&V’s rooftop, as further commitment to our Care, Create, Cultivate values. Surrounded by an abundance of local parks and wild flora, our hotel provides the perfect environment for the bees to go about their business – working ardently to produce delicious honey to share with our guests.
